Tropical Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup tomato ketchup
¼ cup vinegar
½ cup salad oil
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp lemon juice
½ cup guava jelly or jam
½ tsp garlic salt

Combine and mix well in blender or by hand.

Keolu Dressing

Ingredients:
2 cups salad oil
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 Bay leaves
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
2-3 cloves garlic
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
¼ medium onion

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend well.

Korean Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:
1 cup soy sauce
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp garlic powder or 3-4 cloves, mashed
1 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
2 stalks (1/4 cup) green onions, finely sliced

Combine, mix, marinate for 30 minutes or more.
