Cinnamon Cream Cheese Squares
Crust Ingredients:
2 packages Pillsbury crescent rolls
Cream Mix Ingredients:
2 packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese (8 oz)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg yolk (save white)
Sprinkle Ingredients:
½ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup chopped nuts (opt)
Cream the cream mix ingredients together and set aside.
Combine sprinkle ingredients and set aside.
Layer 1 package of crescent rolls on the bottom of a 9x13” pan.
Spread cream cheese mix.
Layer second package of crescent rolls on cream cheese.
Beat egg white and brush on top of the rolls
Top with sprinkle ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate before serving.
Cut into squares and swerve cold or at room temperature.

Lion House Christmas Brownies
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
½ cup cocoa
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ cup flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
¾ cups chopped nuts
Melt butter and stir in cocoa. Allow to cool.
Beat in eggs. Add sugar and vanilla.
Sift flour, salt, and soda together then stir into mixture.
Add nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees in 9 x 13” pan for about 20 minutes.

Brown Sugar Nut Bars
Ingredients:
1 lb. brown sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Melt butter in large pot on stove or in large bowl in the microwave.
Add brown sugar and stir vigorously until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Stir in remaining ingredients (or reserve nuts to spread over dough before baking).
Spread dough in ungreased 15 ½ x 10 ½ x 2” pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
While warm, cut into squares.

Energy Bars
Ingredients:
2 ½ c rice krispies
2 cups Quick Oats
1 cup raisins
½ cup peanuts
2 TBSP sesame seeds
½ block butter (1/4 c)
½ cup peanut butter
10 oz marshmallows
In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat the first grouping of ingredients on high heat for 3 minutes.
In another bowl, melt the second grouping of ingredients in the microwave.
Stir the peanut butter mixture to mix well.
Add hot cereal mixture and stir to mix evenly.
Using buttered hands, press mixture into buttered 9 x 13” pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
